I was about to write another piece about weight loss tips, when it struck me that if you gathered every weight loss tip you could find that you could find and arranged them from end to end, they would extend all the way to my local fitness center and return. The ones that are truly important could possibly fit on the size of a file card 3X5 and still have room to add my weekly grocery list.

After that, I began to think about the truly negative weight loss strategies I’ve heard about and as I’ve never seen an article in the past few days or so, I thought I’d give it a try. With this in mind, here’s Weight Loss Tips I’m Not able to endorse:

Conclusion: Since those who follow fad diets are risking their health regardless and running is believed to be an effective way to lose weight then the best weight loss strategy would need been to run with the bulls of Pamplona, Spain. It’s a risky combination for health and fitness with training and, as with some diet programs , it can have the risk of death. Just ask ephedra users.

As per MSN Money.com Jenny Craig now is charging $359 for losing 30 pounds, which does not include the food. Nutrisystem’s cost for the same 30 lbs: $1199.80, but this does not include food. With these numbers in mind and since money is apparently no object to many people I have come up with a foolproof weightloss/getrichquick scheme,er plan, what I would call the “Diet Wave of the Future” weight loss program.

Here’s the way it functions:

My weight is around 200 pounds, which is conservatively at the very least here on the planet. If I went to the moon I’d weigh only 33.2 pounds, due to gravity that is lower which would result in a quick reduction by 166.8 pounds! Consider the advantages. There are no risky diet pills, no boring Weight Watchers’ meetings No gut-wrenching crunches at your local fitness center, and you don’t have to eat that expensive Jenny Craig food.

Naturally, there’s an expense to be paid. Going to the moon in the same way we did in 1969 and then converting it to modern dollars, the bill would be at around $100 million. It’s not even just for getting there. If I want to arrive and stay for a few days and take in my new self, then you can add another 100 mil.

The positive side lies in the “Diet Wave of the Future” weight loss program will only require one participant and I would be able to retire. Email me if you’re interested.
